GroupWOD classes are for all class types and programming that day: crossfit, bootcamp, aerobic capacity, barbell club, etc. Open gym access is for members only. If you’re dropping in and wish to attend open gym, you’ll need to contact us and visit with us during a class time to pass a movement screening and fill out a waiver.
