We offer personal training at Athens.Fitness as 1-on-1 Individual Sessions or 2-on-1 Group Sessions.

For those looking for a more specific program to reach their goals, we now also offer personalized programming. This is ideal for anyone who is looking for a level of training tailored towards improving weaknesses and further developing their abilities as an athlete.
Each program is individually designed and includes five days each week of customized programming. This also includes regular communication and check-ins with your coach to make sure your personal program is working and progressing appropriately.
Rate: $50 per person/per week
