Midnight MURPH

Come in for Midnight Murph! It’s been a few years since we did it this way, but it’s fun to do it at night when it’s cool out, and then you have the entirety of Memorial Day to celebrate with family and friends.

For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Air Squats
1 mile Run

Wearing body armor or a 20/14 lb vest. Partition the Pull-ups, Push-ups and Air Squats any way you want. If you are a beginner you can do a half-Murph or do it as a team and share the reps with a partner. Not good at running? Murph in a Boat!

Workout begins promptly at 10:00 PM so come in early to warm up.

There will be no scheduled class times on Memorial Day. Members have 24/7 door access, so if you come during the day for open gym, you must close the door behind you and take your phone with you to unlock it after each run. Do not prop the door open or you will be in violation of the open gym rules! Email us if you never set up your door access.
