Ever since we opened our doors, we’ve wanted to give back to our community. So we offer a FREE class every Saturday!

That’s right, we offer a free class every Saturday morning to anyone that’s interested. The only thing we ask in return is for you to reserve your spot! Class sizes are limited to allow for proper social distancing, so make sure you sign up in advance!

What to know for Saturdays

People of all skill level are welcome. If there’s something that you cannot do, it’ll be our job to scale appropriately and find something that you can do! Our Saturday community workouts are usually programmed to be “simpler”, but that doesn’t mean they are easy! Whether you’re a newbie or a veteran you’ll get a great workout.

If you’re interested in trying out a class, either during the week or the free community workout on Saturdays, please send us an email and we’ll get back to you with further instructions on how to reserve your spot. It’s really that simple, no strings attached! We won’t flood your emails or harass you to join like other gyms do. We’ve always given back to the community with free workouts, and that’s never going to change.

What to Bring to Class

  • Water bootle (water + cups will be available)
  • Towel
  • Comfortable shirts or tank tops
  • Athletic shorts or pants
  • High-impact sports bra (women)
