Bootcamp is a great way to build up your endurance, strength, and core using basic bodyweight movements, plyometrics, running, rowing, kettlebells, dumbbells, and med balls — it’s a great introduction to our training methodology and you can jump right in — no intro classes needed!

What to know for your first Bootcamp class

Here at Athens.Fitness, our daily programming is built around a framework of strength movements—squats, presses, deadlifts, and the Olympic lifts. While we believe that virtuosity in these movements is an important part of your athletic development, we understand that not everyone shares our enthusiasm for heavy lifting.

That’s where Bootcamp comes in. These challenging, high-intensity workouts will keep you moving, utilizing a variety of bodyweight movements and lighter weights. Make no mistake: This class isn’t a walk in the park. In a proper 45 or 60-minute workout, you’ll exercise just about every muscle in your body!

We currently offer our Bootcamp classes Monday thru Friday at 5:30am, 6:30am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, as well as 10:00am on Saturdays. Our full schedule is HERE and is updated to reflect any changes.

Who is Bootcamp For?

  • CF athletes who need a break from barbell lifting or deconditioned athletes coming back after taking time off
  • Individuals who have an injury that prevents them from lifting heavy weight but still want to get in shape

What to Bring to Class

  • Water bottle (water + cups will be available)
  • Towel (cleaning cloths will be provided)
  • Comfortable shirts or tank tops
