Are you looking to get into shape, but don’t know where to start? Tired of the typical gym and want to try out group classes? If you find the thought of regular CrossCit classes intimidating, we have a perfect solution for you! Bootcamp is a great way to build up your endurance, strength, and core using basic bodyweight movements, plyometrics, running, rowing, kettlebells, dumbbells, and med balls — it’s a great introduction to our training methodology and you can jump right in — no intro classes needed!
Classes are currently offered Monday thru Friday at 6:30am and 6:30pm.
